Support
Training
Due to the sophistication of the systems provided, Dearadhpro offers entire on-site training or within our facilities before installation. This level of training allows the client to maintain and to utilize the machine to the full extent and performance.
Service, Support, Contracts
Service contracts are available on all equipment, with key dates and milestone operations outlined within the service plan. Depending on the complexity of the system, offline machine diagnostics can be completed by logging-in onto the machine via an installed service modem.
Preventive manitenace
Maintenance Schedules are supplied with all equipment within the Technical Construction File. We build our equipment to be maintenance friendly adhering to ergonomics but yet practicality. A standardization of assembled components / stations makes availability of replacements parts more obtainable to our clients.
